About us

New Futures is the name for a new ESF project, bringing together specialist Skills for Life teacher training and advice across the South East region. You can take part in regional teaching and support qualifications, events, advice and conferences. Existing and new staff in lifelong learning are all welcome.

Who's who in New Futures

At the heart of the project are the regional Professional Development Centres based in Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and Thames Valley. The National Research and Development Centre for adult literacy and numeracy (NRDC) has a coordination role. There are also close links with Talent, the web site about Skills for Life teacher development in London and the regions.
